New River Gorge
New River Gorge in West Virginia has become one of my absolute favorite adventure destinations. I’ve actually been fortunate enough to visit and enjoy everything it has to offer twice! Both trips were outstanding and created memories that will last a lifetime. During my visits I did it all: thrilling white water rafting, high-flying ziplining, peaceful horseback riding through the mountains, challenging rappelling, the iconic bridge walk, several beautiful hikes with incredible views, and relaxing cabin camping. The variety of activities is impressive and suitable for different skill levels and interests. I stayed with Adventures on the Gorge both times and they made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Their staff was consistently professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
